What is included with every wedding rental package?

Every package includes professional delivery, setup, and pickup throughout the Syracuse metro and Central New York. Our crew arrives early, arranges everything to your specifications, and returns at the end of your event to break it all down — you don't lift a finger.

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely. Every package can be customized with add-ons including additional chairs, upgraded linens, sequin backdrops, extra uplights, throne chair upgrades, and cake displays. Call 315-884-1498 and we'll build the exact rental list for your wedding.

How far in advance should I book?

Peak-season Saturdays (May through October) book 6–12 months in advance for mid-tier packages and 12–24 months for our Luxury Estate and All-Inclusive Premium packages. We accept reservations up to 2 years out.

Do you deliver to my venue?

Yes — we deliver to private homes, farms, estates, vineyards, parks, and venues throughout Syracuse, Minoa, Cicero, Manlius, Liverpool, Fayetteville, Baldwinsville, Camillus, Skaneateles, Cazenovia, Auburn, and the Finger Lakes region. Contact us for delivery quotes outside Onondaga County.

What if I need a different guest count?

Each package is a starting point. We can scale any package up or down — add 25 more chairs, swap in a larger tent, drop the chandelier — whatever your wedding needs. Call us for a custom quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a deposit reserves your wedding date and equipment. The balance is due before delivery. Call 315-884-1498 for specific deposit amounts and payment schedule for your package.

Are there discounts for multiple packages or repeat events?

The packages above already include a built-in bundle discount of 7–13% versus à la carte pricing. For multi-day events, weekday weddings, or off-season dates (November–April), call us to discuss additional pricing options.
