IMPORTANT — OUTDOOR USE For the best picture, the projector should be used AFTER SUNSET or when it is sufficiently dark outside. Projectors cannot overpower direct sunlight. The image may appear very faint or may not be visible during daylight hours. If your event begins before dark, the screen can be set up in advance and the movie can begin once lighting conditions are suitable. POWER REQUIRED A standard electrical power source must be available within reach of the setup area. If electricity is not available at your event location, please contact us before booking so we can discuss generator options. SETUP SURFACE The inflatable screen must be placed in a suitable open area with enough room for the screen, tie-downs, projector, and viewing area. Standard setup is intended for grass where the screen can be properly secured with stakes. If your event is on pavement, concrete, asphalt, or another surface where stakes cannot be used, please contact us BEFORE booking. WEATHER Inflatable movie screens cannot be safely operated in unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, thunderstorms, or other conditions that make the setup unsafe. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED • Laptop or streaming device • Movie or video content • Streaming subscriptions/accounts • Wi-Fi or internet service • Generator unless specifically added to the order • Seating, tables, or other event rentals unless separately ordered PLEASE NOTE This is an equipment rental. Friendly Party Rental provides the listed movie-screen equipment, but the customer is responsible for their playback device, content, streaming accounts, and internet connection. Not sure whether your device will work? Contact Friendly Party Rental before your event and tell us what device you plan to use. We can help you determine what connection you will need so there are no surprises on movie night.
