🔹 SECTION 1: BOOKING & PAYMENTS
How do I book a rental?
Booking is easy. Use our “Book by Date” calendar to check availability, select your items, and place your order online in minutes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.
When is the remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance must be paid before delivery. You’ll receive reminders if a balance is due.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you cancel, your deposit is non-refundable, but you’ll receive a raincheck valid for one year that can be used toward a future event.
🔹SECTION 2: DELIVERY, SETUP & TIMING
Does the price include delivery and setup?
Delivery and tent setup are included in your rental price unless stated otherwise. Table and chair setup is available for an additional fee if requested.
When do you set up?
Setup times vary based on your event schedule and delivery route, but all equipment is set up before your event begins.
Does setup time count toward my rental period?
No. Setup time does not count against your rental period.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes. We serve Syracuse, Minoa, and surrounding Central New York areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
What if my event is early in the morning?
Early setups are available and can be coordinated in advance to ensure everything is ready on time.
🔹 SECTION 3: EQUIPMENT & CLEANLINESS
Are your tents and equipment cleaned?
Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned, inspected, and event-ready before every rental.
How often is equipment inspected?
Every rental item is inspected before and after each event to ensure safety and quality.
What if something breaks during my event?
Normal wear is covered. If damage occurs due to misuse or negligence, replacement costs may apply.
Are your rentals safe for kids?
Yes. Our equipment meets safety standards, and we provide setup instructions when needed.
🔹 SECTION 4: BOUNCE HOUSES & POWER
Do bounce houses need to stay plugged in?
Yes. Bounce houses require constant airflow and must remain plugged in during use.
How big are the bounce houses?
Sizes vary by unit. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Do water slides need a water hookup?
Yes. A standard garden hose connection is required.
Can bounce houses be used indoors?
Yes, as long as there is adequate ceiling height and space.

Can you set up at parks?
Yes, with park approval. Some parks require permits.
Do parks have electricity?
Many parks do not. A generator may be required, which we offer.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass, pavement, turf, and concrete. Let us know the surface when booking.
Do I need a permit?
Some locations require permits. The customer is responsible unless stated otherwise.
