For Friendly Party Rental bookings, pole tents are installed on grass and secured with stakes. Frame tents are reserved for concrete setups and use weights. Pole tents have center poles that affect table placement; frame tents keep the interior free of center poles. Tell us the actual setup surface before booking so we can confirm the right tent.
How do I choose a tent size for my guest count?
Begin with the number of guests seated at one time, then allow space for your table style, walkways, food service, and any dance floor. Review the capacity guidance on the individual tent page. A guest count alone does not confirm that a layout or tent will fit your property; our team confirms the setup requirements.
Can I see my tent layout before I book?

Are the travel fee and extra setup services included in the tent price?
The listed price is for the selected rental. The delivery/travel fee is calculated separately for your event location. Review the tent or package details for included installation and breakdown. Table and chair placement, accessories, and optional timing services should be confirmed separately; they are not automatically included with every tent rental.
When should I reserve my tent?
Choose your event date to check availability before making other plans around a particular tent. Share your event start time and venue access requirements when arranging delivery.
