All-Inclusive Premium — $7,495 Our most complete wedding reception package for up to 200 guests. Designed for couples who want the major reception rentals handled in one package, the All-Inclusive Premium combines our large 40′ × 100′ pole tent with guest seating, tables, premium linens, matching centerpieces, cocktail tables, a large dance floor, perimeter lighting, photo booth entertainment, and professional setup and breakdown. The package includes one 40′ × 100′ pole tent, 20 five-foot round banquet tables, 200 gold Chiavari chairs, 20 premium table linens, 20 Rustic Lantern Table Centerpieces, six cocktail tables with spandex covers, an 18′ × 18′ portable dance floor, perimeter string lighting, and one 6-hour photo booth rental. Professional setup and breakdown of the included rental equipment is included. Please Note: The 40′ × 100′ tent is a pole tent with interior center poles. Final table, dance floor, photo booth and cocktail-table placement may vary depending on the event site, ground conditions, safety clearances and available space. Not Included: Plates, chargers, glassware, flatware, napkins, place settings, catering equipment, sidewalls, tent draping, generator/power service, floral arrangements beyond the included Rustic Lantern Centerpieces, attendant service for the photo booth, or rentals/decor not specifically listed above.
