Luxury Estate — $4,995 Complete reception setup for up to 150 guests Designed for larger weddings that need a polished, coordinated reception space, the Luxury Estate Package combines a spacious 40′ × 60′ pole tent with guest tables, gold Chiavari seating, premium linens, matching rustic lantern centerpieces, cocktail tables, perimeter lighting, and professional setup and breakdown. The package includes one 40′ × 60′ pole tent, 15 five-foot round banquet tables, 150 gold Chiavari chairs, 15 premium table linens, 15 Rustic Lantern Table Centerpieces, four cocktail tables with spandex covers, perimeter string lighting, and professional setup and breakdown of the included rental equipment. Please Note: The 40′ × 60′ tent is a pole tent with interior center poles. Final table and equipment placement may vary based on the event location, ground conditions, required clearances, and site layout. Not Included: Plates, chargers, glassware, flatware, napkins, place settings, floral arrangements beyond the included Rustic Lantern Centerpieces, dance floor, sidewalls, draping, generators, photo booth, or other rentals/decor not specifically listed above.
