Event planning questions
Can I add planning to an existing rental order?
Yes. Include your order number in the inquiry or call 315-884-1498. We will review your existing rentals and discuss any additional planning services, subject to availability.
Do you plan more than weddings?
Yes. We discuss corporate events, private celebrations, festivals and fundraisers as well as weddings. Events that do not fit a published package are scoped individually.
Are rentals and delivery included in the planning price?
The package details below describe planning and coordination services. Your written quote must confirm the rental equipment, delivery, setup, pickup, travel fees and taxes that apply to your event. Do not assume that an item or service not listed is included.
What happens if my event runs longer than the package hours?
The published planning packages list their included meetings and on-site hours. Additional time is billed at $85 per hour. Discuss extra time with the team when confirming your scope.
Where do you provide event planning?
We serve Syracuse and Central New York, including Minoa, DeWitt, Fayetteville, Manlius, Cicero, Liverpool, Clay, Camillus and Baldwinsville. Share your location so we can confirm service availability and any travel fees.
Does sending an inquiry reserve my event date?
