Friendly Party Rental L.L.C. uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare rental quotes, verify equipment availability, and service rental orders.

Information we collect

When you browse or request rentals, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, event date and location, rented-item selections, booking notes, and order or payment status. Cart and booking information may be stored in your browser so you can continue your order. Usage and advertising measurement may be collected through site analytics or optional advertising features when enabled.

How we use and share information

We use information to communicate about your event, process and fulfill bookings, support payments and refunds, prevent misuse, and improve website operation. We may provide necessary details to payment processors, delivery and communication service providers, and other partners involved in serving your booking. Card entry is handled through our payment provider, Stripe; review its applicable notices when paying.

Data storage and choices

Information is retained as needed for booking operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Browser storage can be cleared using your browser controls, although doing so may remove an unfinished cart. You can contact us with questions about your information or requests to correct it.
